Sole cleaning machine and Hand sanitizing machine for Food workshop:
Description:
1. This cleaning machine adopts dual-channel design, one in and out of the workshop, and each door has an access control machine.
2. The cleaning station is divided into two sections, one section is vertical brush and one section is horizontal brush. Cleaning the sole from two directions can effectively remove the stain.
3. The device has a built-in 20L soap liquid container. When the equipment is running, the soap liquid is automatically mixed with the tap water, and then enters the equipment pipe and sprayed on the brush to clean the stain.
4. There is an access control machine (three-roller brake) on the upper part of the equipment. The access passages are used separately, and the reverse direction is not accessible (the rear bumper falls when the power is off)
5. The main function of the access control machine is to control the time for the employee to clean the sole. The time range of the access control machine is 1-60s. It can be set according to the requirements. When the person passes the first section (vertical brush), it needs to wait for cleaning and reach the set time. After that, the signal light will give an indication, and then pass to the next section (cross brush) for cleaning.
